Billing and Cancellation Policy for Everlove Learning Center

1. Monthly Billing Cycle

At Everlove Learning Center, we follow a monthly billing cycle to ensure a smooth and efficient payment process for our services. Here is an overview of our billing cycle:

Invoice Issuance: Invoices for each month are issued on the 15th of the preceding month. For example, the invoice for March services will be issued on January 15th.
Payment Due Date: Payments are due by the end of the month in which the invoice is issued. Continuing the example, payment for March services will be due on January 31st.

2. Cancellation by Parents

Parents have the flexibility to cancel our services according to the following terms:

Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation requests must be made at least one day before the renewal date for the upcoming month. For instance, to cancel services for March, the request must be made by January 30th.
Automatic Renewal: Payments and services will automatically renew each month until a cancellation request is received.
No Refunds: Please note that there are no refunds for partial month services or for months already billed or paid.

3. Notice Period

To terminate ongoing services with Everlove Learning Center, parents are required to provide a notice period:

Duration of Notice Period: A minimum notice period of 30 days is required.
Mode of Communication: The notice must be provided in writing via email to info@everlovelearning.com

4. Termination of Services by Everlove Learning Center

Everlove Learning Center reserves the right to terminate services under certain conditions, including but not limited to non-payment, behavioral issues, or violation of center policies. In such cases, parents will be provided with a written notice outlining the reasons for termination and any applicable notice period.

5. Amendments to Policy

Everlove Learning Center reserves the right to amend this Billing and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents and will be applicable from the date specified in the communication.
